L A homeowners is a successful company but in my opinion is hungry like any other company for the dough,,, they seem to be right on the dough for payment .. which is good, but they don't care about the tenant or how they get the dough,,, it is all for the bucks,, and if you don't pay they are on u like a cheap suit,, the guy that owns the joint looks like a throwback from the 50's .. but you can't judge because it works and they have the dough,, seems that one should buy a building rather than pay ,, it is abetter investment,,,
